Minxeapolis, May 22. - Judge Russell genteneed Alderman M. B. Rollins to pay a fine of S100 or, in default, spend 90 days in jail for thepublication of a letter criminally libeling Mayor Eustis. This is the heaviest sentence possible under the law. A new trial has beeii demanded.
