Full board present. il imites of the previoua meeting read and approved. Mr. Sehiappacasse made complaint concerning tlie change of the water course on Gott street. The matter was referred to Mr. Clark and the Street Coinmissioner. Mr. Buik appeared before the Board and made inquiries as to the change of sidewalk grade ou the south side of Kingsley street, between State and División streets. Eeferred to Mr. Clark and Street Commissioner. Mr. Keaui, trom Balduin avenue, asked to have some necessury grading done on said avenue, so fchat the same may be made passable for public travel. Referred to Mr. Keech and the Chairmau of the Cominittee on Streets. Mr. Schuh moved that Mr. J. Rogéis be allowed to cut down and trim such shade trees as are necessary under the directiou of the Street Cornmissiouer. Adopted as follows: Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Clark. Mr. Orcutt presented a bilí for sinking a well on bis property, on account of the sewers draining au old well. The bill was received and flled. The Clerk was directed to cause sidewalk notices to be served, according to "An Ordinance Relative to Sidewalks," on the property owners who were ordered by the Common Council to build walks. The building of the Peterson walk, Liberty street,was referred to the City Attorney and Mr. Schuh. The matter of changing water course near the Kyer Milling Co., was referred to Mr. Clark and the Street Commissioner. The Board ordered the Street Commissioner to build a cement crosswalk on Huron street, uorth side, across State street; Hurou street, north and south sides, across Thayer street; Ann street, north side, across Fourth avenue; Thayer street, east side, across Washington street; Washington street, north side, across Thayer street: Fourth avenue, east side, across Liberty street; Liberty street, south side, across Fourth avenue.
