Lansing, May 31.- Notwithstanding the incleinent weather, Memorial day was very e'eneraïly observed here. In the inorniiïg there was a coinniendablo parade, participated in by the state troops, Charles T. Foster post, G. A. B., city officials and namerous societies. The procession preceeded to Mt. Hope cemeiery, where the Grand Arrny exercises were held and the graves were decorated. In the afternoon Eev. L. D. Temple delivered au eloquent address to a large aiidience at Representa tive hall. _____
