Notice is hereby given, thatin pursuanoe ot an order granted to the undersigned ulministratrix of the estáte of said deoeased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate t'or the County of Washtenaw, 011 ;the 29tl day of May, A. D. 1894, at 10 o'clock in Uk forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existin" at the time of the death of said deeeased the íollowing described real estáte, to-wit: Being all that part of the east half of the southeust quarter of seution number twentyeight (ÜS) Ín toynship number two south of range number six (B) east, lying north of the Geddes Road, also a part of the west half of the south-west quarter of seciion nnmber twenty-seven in township two aforesaid, now City of Aun Arbor, whicli said pareéis of land are bouaded on tiie west by Forest Hill ( lemetery, on the south by the Geddes Koad and tanda of Mrs. Ann White and Wm. Looker and B. J. Courad, on the east by lands fornierly owned by ,T. A. Scott and James Huddy and on the north by the quarter line of seetio'n twenty-seven and tweuty-eight in said town■il. containlng forty acres, more or less, also the following described piece of land commenelng at the south-east corner of the north-east quarter of section twenty-eight aforesaid, running thenee north on tne east lino of said section eighteen rods, thenee west parallel to the south quarter ÜDe of said ser:tion forty rods, tlience south eighteen rods to the said south quarter line, thenee east to the place of beginning and containing m all f out and one-hulf acres of land, more or less, except the described parcel, viz: at the north-east corner of Forest Hill Cemetery, running south along the east line of said cemetery forty rods thenee east sixteen rods, thenee north parallel with first line forty rodt, tkence west sixteen ïods to beginning, containing four acres of land being on the east one-half of ths south-east quarter of section number twentyeight town number two south range number six east.
