Deputy Game Warden Arrested

Holland, May 30.- Deputy Game Warden C. F. Kennedy of Grand Rápida was arrested here on a capias sworn out by Ed Bertsch. Kennedy and Warden Austin Harrington of this city arrested Bertsch and a coinpanion sonie dayg ago for illegal fishing, and the latter told the officers they could not take the net, so Kennedy clapped a haudcuff on Bertsch's wrist. The capias was undoubtedly gotten out to intimídate Kennedy and keep him out of the county, but Kennedy is not scared. He went with the sheriff to the county jail, and the end of the case ia not yet.
