Smallpox Patient Better

Detroit, May 30.- Minnie Hodge, the suiallpox patiënt, is reported as doing well, and the doctors think that she will make a good recovery. Thua far no other cases have been discovered. The nearest approach is a man who is quarantined in a house on St. Joseph street. He came frora Chicago last Thnrsday, and it was found that he had been exposed to the disease in that city. He was inimediately vaccinated. and will be guarded until all danger of his getting the disease ia passed.
