Chicago, May 30.- The heirs of Jacob De Haven met here to accumulate evidence to be used ín prosecuting their 4,000,000 claim against the government. The claim representa principal and interest of a loan made the government by Jacob De Haven during the revolution, and the heirs nuinber sev:ral hundred. The meeting was called sy Judsre Joseph W. O'Neall of Washngton, who is prosecuting the claim.
