Saginaw, June 5.- The case of Newell B. Parsons, the alleged bond thief and forger, was called in the circuit court before Judge Wilbur Monday afternoon. He will be tried first on the charge of the larceny of the 463,000 worth of Cincinnati, Saginaw and Mackinaw railroad bonds. The entire afternoon was consnmed in questioning the first 12 jurors and up to the adjournment of court it was found necessary to excuse only one on account of knowing too much about the case.
