Saginaw, June 4.- The lOOth anniversary of Kosciusko's proclauiation of the independenee of Poland was comineniorated here Sunday by the various Polish societies of Saginaw and Bay City jointly, a large procession, headed by a band, and iucluding the Knights of St. John, parading the principal avenues. At its conclusiĆ³n all assenibled at Arbeiter hall and listened to speeches in the English and Polish languages by well known speakers of the valley. The festivities closed with ttie drama "John Killinski, the Shoemaker of Warsaw," presented by mambers of St. Celia societies of Bay City.
