New Orleans, June 4. - The steamghip Williaiu G. Hewes. five days from Bluefields, has arrived at this port. Passengers report everything quiet in Bluefields, and with no prospect of this condition of affairs being changed. The New York, San Francisco and Magicienne are still at anchor uear the Bluff. The Nicaraguans are in full üharge and Lacayo adrninistering affairs to the satisfaction of everyone, nave those merchants who do not like the idea of paying duties on irnports.
