Resolutions Of Respect

The following resolutions were adopted by Ann Arbor Typograpical Union, No. 154, at their monthly meeting held on Tuesday evening: Whereas, On Friday, May 25, death called to eternal rest Etnil F. Meyer, a young and highly respected member of Ann Arbor Typographical Union, No. 154, and Whereas, We feel he had our interest at heart, and that we can ill afford to lose such as he, therefore be it Resolved, That we, the members of " 154" exprcss our sorrow at the loss our trusted brother, and be it also Resolved, That we extend our heartfelt sympathy to those to whom hisloss in more keenly feit. Resolved, That our charter be draped in mourning, and so remain for the next thirty days, and Resolved, That we present the parents a copy of these resolutions, also cause the same to be printed in the city newspapers.
