Women have municipal suñrage in Cape Colony, which rules a million of square miles. In all the countries of Russian Asia they eau do so whenever a Russian Colony settles. The Russians are colonizing the whole of their vast Asian possessions and carrying with them everywhere the "mir," or self-governing village, wherein women who are heads of households vote. Municipal women suffrage exists in New Zeland, and at parliamentary elections also. Iceland in the Northern Atlantic, the Isle of Man, between England and Ireland, and Pitcairn Island in the South Pacific, have full wornan suffrage. In the Dominion of Canada women have municipal suffrage in every province, and also in the northwest territories. In Ontario they vote for all elective officers except members of the lesnslature and
