Jackson, June 13.- The last of the I property of the late George T. Smith Middlings Pnvifier# couipauy was sold I by Receiver Emerson at the foriiier ! office of the company Tuesday j noon. The bidding on eome portions of the property was Bpirited. The real estáte, consisting of 146 lots, was sold in pareéis to the Jackson City bank, A. B. Robinson, D. S. Smith and C. E. Bennett at prices ranging f rom S70 te 11 per lot. the sale aggregating 85.500. The 18,365 shares of stock of the Consolidated MMdlinge Puriñer company went to the Central üü Gas Stove conipany for 10. and 3.010 shares of stock of the George T. Smith Dust Collector cornpany went to M. Hariuon for $2,530. The sale was made subject to the approval of the Wayne circuit court and practioally closes up business of the receivers of the old purifier company.
