Lansing. June 18. - John Mosteis, tramp, swore out a warrant here for the iirrt-st. of Geor.ee St. Olair, a Michigan Central railroad conductor, whom he ehai'ges with anassault. Mosters claims that St. Clair jumped from a train and gtrnck hiui in the left eye. A ring on the conductor's ünger injwred the optie 80 badly that the &ight may be lost.
