Explosives Seized

London, June 18. - A dispatch to The Globe from Algiers says that the pólice of that city on last Friday seizêd 70 pounds of explosives in a house in the Moorish quarter. The explosives were made by several Prenchmen and Italians and it is believed that a series of anarchist outrages was intended. as letters had been received threatening to blow up the theater and barracks.
