The pleasant home of William Scadin, of Webster, was the scène of a very pleasant gathering on Monday night last. About eighty neighbors and friends gathered to celébrate the tin wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Scadin, the host and hostess being taken by surprise. The guests brought with them a feast of good things such as Webster people are famous for, and in discussing these and in games og the lawn the evening passed very pleasantly. Rev. Mr. Baumgardner in a happy speech set to poetry presented the bride and groom of a decade with appropriate tin dishes, a modest purse'of the "tin" we all work for, and also a beautiful silver tea set. Mr. and Mrs. Scadin intend to move to Florida in a few weeks to make it their home, and they take with them the good wishes of the whole coramunity who have known them both from childhood.
