Adrián, June 19. - Louis Boelson, a farmer residing three railes north of this city, was assailed by sonie unknown person coming up behind and striking nim on the head with a stone, causing a fracture of th9 skull m two places, inflicting probably fatal injuries. Boelson's cries were heard by James Stevenson, a grain buyer driving by. and when he drove up Boelson lay uncon8CÍOU8 and bleeding on the green. A phyeician was summoned from this city and Boelson regained conscioueness 80 as to explain the attack. He did not know who his assailant was. Sheriff, marshal and others were on hand and Buspect Boelson's brother. The injured man will probably die.
