J. D. Abbott visited Detroit Thursday of last week. Eeuben Abbott, of Detroit, is visiting relatives here. Born, to Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Hammond, a son, June 16th. Eev. Ostrotlrs paren ts, of Barry county, are visiting him. Wm. Simonds went to Bellville oñe day last week on his wheel. Marvin Lewis has returned to Detroit, where he will stay till after the 4th of July. Jerry O'Brien, Sr., of Lansing, was the guest of his brother, Daniel, one day last week. There will be a bicycle race Saturday evening, between Tom Gotts and W. D. Simnionds, from this place to Ypsilanti and back. John Ridinger, of Detroit, has moved here to work ïer J. W. Abbott and will live in the Bee Hive.
