Havre, Mon., June 20.- The Cree sun dance has just been concluded here after going on for three days. Every sheriff in the state had been jnstructed to prevent the dance at any hazard, but there was no interference here. Three braves were hung up by thongs thrust into slits in their breasts and slashbd by Little Eggs, the chief. All fainted before tne ordeal was over. A you buck had slits cut in his shoulders and to the inserted thongs were tied foui buffalo skulls wbich he dragged after hiiu. Eight pieces of flesh were cui froni his arins to be kept as tokens.
