Spnng, who has gained considerable notoriety by writing affectionate letters to Miss Helen tiould and Mrs. Eminons Blaine, was arraigned, charged by his brother, Charles Spring, witta threats to kill. His relatives declare he is insane, and Spring will be tried for insanity. He was at one time a patiënt in an Illinois asylum.
