Practically Closed

Peru. Ind., July 4. - The eastern división of the Wabash is practically closed, uotbing nioving escept irregular passenger trains. The same condition prevails on the Lake Erie and Western. The superintendent of the Wabash here reporta great trouble at Ashley and Montpelier, where a nuiaber of limited trams are held up. The bose was cut on a uumber of trains here.
