Strikers Jubilant

Chicago, July 4.- The striking switchuien at a meeting passed resolutions condemning the violence of Monday. Switchman Mervin, who was arrested at Blue lsiand Saturday on the charge of throwing a switch and derailing an engine. was tried and acquitted by a local justice of the peace yesterday. The strikers are jubilant and will give a grand parade in honor of Mervin's release.
