Office rF the Boa'ïd of Public Works, i Aun Arbor Mich., July 6, 1894. f Regular session. Called to order by President Keech. Boll called. Present- Messrs. Keech and Schuta. Absent- Mr Clark. Minutes of the pievious meeting read and approved. Mfr Geo. ". Jiuliiá appeáred befoie the Board and entered i protest against cbanging sidewalk grade on Washtenavv avenue, along the property of Mr. E. Coons, as said grade as now established was satisfactory to all property ovvners, except one or two on said avemie, and tliat he had built a cement walk on the grade established in front of his property adjoining Mr. Coons' property on the south. Mr. Scliuh moved that the City Engineer proceed to lay out the Liberty and Washington streets lateral sewers, and llie Engineer etnploy such help as may be hecessary to assist kim in layïng out this work, nottó exceed $2.50 jer day, and to have the saine ready for the next Council meeting. Adopted as follows: ïeas - Messrs. Keech and Sohuh. Nays- None. On motion the Board adiourned. Clerk.
