Order For The Arrest Of Debs

DENVER, July 10.- If the federal grand jury, which will meet in Chicago today, does not cause the arrest of Eugene Debs he will be arrested on a warrant issued by the United States district court in this city. Application for the warrant has b=en made. The application for the arrest of Debs bas not yet been presented to Jndge Hallett. It is fully prepared, however, and is signed by the attorneys of a number of roads. Iu the application Debs is aecused of interfering with the operation of a contract.
