Persons can easily get into bad haWts of sleeping just as well as eating or drinking. When the healthy body has had its required amount of sleep, it announoes the fact by causing the sleeper to awake, and if from habit or desire more sleep is taken at that time it is an excess, just the same as overloading the stomach is an excess in eating. Insomnia or sleeplessness can very often be traced to impairment of the digestiva organs. -
