Milwaukee, Wis., July 24. - United States Court Commissioner Bloodgood lias rendered a decisiĆ³n in the railroad strike cases, holding C. S. McAuliffe, Frauk W. Archibald, Eugene V. Debs, and seveu other for trial on the charge of con.'piring to obstruct the mails. Though Debs is mentioned in the decisiĆ³n, no bail is fixed for him, as he is thought to be sufficiently cared for in Chicago.
