At a sessiou of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 26th day of June, in the yearone thousand eight hundred and niuety-four. Ou reading and flling the petition duly verifled. of s;iid Deniette Campbell praying, for reasons therein alleged, that Hattie J. Campbell, guardián of said Deniette Campbell, may be'cíted luto Court to render an account of her admini8tration and show cause why she has not settled and c-losed theíaid estáte; and in the event of her failure so to do that petitloner be authorized to bring au action on the bond of said guardián.
