At a sessiou of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 26th day of June, in the yearone thousand eight hundred and niuety-four. Present J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Deniette Campbell. Ou reading and flling the petition duly verifled. of s;iid Deniette Campbell praying, for reasons therein alleged, that Hattie J. Campbell, guardián of said Deniette Campbell, may be'cíted luto Court to render an account of her admini8tration and show cause why she has not settled and c-losed theíaid estáte; and in the event of her failure so to do that petitloner be authorized to bring au action on the bond of said guardián. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 31st day of July dnstant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition and account, and that the said guardián, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a ses8ion of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor. and show cause, if any there be, why tbeprayer of thepetitioner should not begranted. THE BUILDING COMMITTEEof the Board of Supervisors ot Wasbtenaw County offer for sale, at a reasouable price, all the broken and unbroken stones in the county stone yard on the corner of Asbley and West, Ann streeis. The greater part of the stone is broken, and especially suited for groutiug purposes. There are f rom fourto six cords of broken stone, and two to thrpe of unbroken.
