Losdon, July 2S.- The Pall Mali Gazette pubhshes au interview with a governmeut official who spent maDy years in Japan. He expresses the opiniĆ³n that the war between China and Japan would be eventually a naval war, and predicted that the side holding the chief posts of Corea, Geusan. Port Lazarof, Fusau and Chemulpo, would coutrol the country. If Japau succeeded in sweepiug the Chinese out of those waters she would win the key to the whole situation. It will be impossible for China to send troops over land and once thtj Japanese obtain possession of Corea they will be able to hold it uuless Kubsia interferes.
