Save the Babies. Infant mortality is something ' frightful. We can hardly realize that of all the children bom in civilized countries, twenty-two per cent., or nearly one-quarter, die before they reach one year; thirtyseven per cent., or more than onethird, before they are five, and onehalf before they are fifteen. We do not hesitate to say that a timely use of Castoria would save al majority of these precious lives. j Neither do we hesitate to say thatj many of these infantile deaths are j occasioned by the use of narcotic preparations. All the drops, 1 ures and syrups-sold for children'sj complaints are composed principally of opium or morphine. They are, i in considerable quantities, deadly poisons. In any quantity, they stupefy, retard circulation, and lead to congestions, sickness, death. Castoria operates exactly the re verse. It causes the blood to circuĆate properly, opens the pores of the skin and allays fevers. Then the child sleeps. He gets well. This is the way Castoria acts. "Castoria is the best medicine for children. I recommend it. Dr. W. H. Hubbard. Perth Amboy, N. J." "I use Castoria in my practice. It should be given at the commencement of all children's ailments, and will cure them immediately, or render their course more mild. Dr. J. J. Murphy. Lima, Ohio." S. B. Basford, of Carthage, S. D., was taken sick in Sioux City. He procured two bottles of Parks' Sure Cure for the Liver and Kidneys. He says: "I believe Parks' Sure Cure excels all otber medicines for Rheumatism and Urinary disorders." Sold by Eberbach &Sons. - Or. Prlce's Cream Baking Powder , World's Fair Highest Award.
