Waterfall On Washtenaw: This may look like a scene from a fish hatchery but actually it was busy Washtenaw Ave., near Huron Parkway last night. Cars are seen cautiously making their way along Washtenaw while tons of water cascade over an edge of the road in the foreground. Rainfall totaling 5.28 inches was recorded by instruments at the University.
