At a eeesion of the Probate Court for the.County of Washtenaw, holden at th Probate Office in 'the city ot Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the twenty-third (lay of August in the vear one thonsaud eight hundred and ninety Present, J. Willard Babbitt,,Tudíce of Probate. In the matter of the estáte ol John Woodmansee, deceased. Caroline Woodm .nsee the administrator of said estatey comeB into court and representa that she ib now prepared to render her linal account ae such ftdminietra'or. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the JSth day ol September next, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heira at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in eaid estáte, are required to appear at a seeeion of said court, then to be holden at ihe Probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, ïfany there be, why the said account shouhl nut be allowed: And it is furtber ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons intertsted in said estáte of the pendency of said account, and the hearing theieof, by causing a copy of this order to be pubhshed in the Ann Arbor Abgus, a newspaper printed andcirculating in said county, three successive weeks previoua to eaid dav of hearing. An Ordinance to Amend Section Seven of an Ordinance Entitled "An Ordinance Relative to Street Railways," Adopted August i3th, 1888, and as Amended September 6th, 1889, and Approved September nth, 1889. The Common Council of the city of Aun Arbor ordains: Sec. 1. That Sec. 7 of iui ordinance entitled 'An Ordinance Relative to Street Railways" adopted August, IS, 1888, and as amended September 6, 1889, and approved September 11, 1889. be, and ihe saine is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 't. The cars used on said railway shall be drawu by animáis or electricity only and at a speed not exceeding the rate of eight miles per hour, and shall be run as oden as the city council shall prescribe proviiled that cars shall not be required to run oftener than fiíteen minutes between the houvs of U a. m. and 8 p. 111., daily, or oftener than ever thirty minutes between the hour of 8 p. in. and 12 p. m., daily. U eiectricity be used as a motive power, said company is authorized to erect and maintain all the necessary poles, arms and wires required lor the full electrical equipment lor the propulsión of their cars. Where practicable the poles of exlsting companies shall be used. Poles shall be either round or octagonal in shape as may be determined upon by said street Kailway Company, and bepainted to correspond ín color with the foliage of the shade trees. All wires and overhead work shall be suspended not less than eighteen feet above the track. All material and work shall be of the best, and subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works. If propulsión by means of storage battery shall be generally adopted as electrical motive power lor s'Teet car purposes in other cities the same shall be adopted by this company and the use of poles and wires dispensed with. The cars In use on said railway sliall be run for do other purpose than to transport passengere and their baggage and the cars and carrfages for that purpose, shall be of the beststyle in use on such railways and properly heated in cold weather by a modern heating apparatus, proyided that other cars may be used for cleaning and repairingsaid railway. After snnset all cars while running shall be provided with suitable slgnal lights in botli front and rear cars. Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect in ten days after legal publlcation.
