Kansas City, Aun. 2-S -A. small pamphlet entitled "Whafc D These Things Mean?" is beinij freely distributed among the homes, particulariy of workingmen, about town. It is interesting in&smuch as it attempts to prove that the end of the world is at hand aud that the wonderful thiügs told in the book of Revelations ae about to come to pass. The recent railroad strike is declared to be the last sisjn of the prophesy. This last sign, it declarea, is distress with perplexity. Natious have been perplexed before and likewise have been distressed, but this is the first time, it is us-serted, hhat both calamities have come at once. The pamphlet is publi-shed by the International Reliitious Liberfy association. At their office no oue was abla to tixthe exact day for the end of the world, bat it was stated that tlie present geueration will live to see it aud that most of us will be present when the eud comes.
