Í0FFICIAL.1 OFFICE BO IRD OF PüBUC WORKS, I Ann Arbor, Sept. 5. Regular session. Called to order by President Keech. Eoll called- Present Messrs. Keech and Clark. Absent Mr. Schuh. Minutes of the previous meetiug read and approved. The Board took under consideración the various alterations recommended in the specifications by the Comaion Coucil. By Mr. Clark: Resolved, That this Board concur ia the alterations as sugested by the Cotnnuon Council, ia the title and the folloyiug sections, 38, 39 and 40 and that this Board does not concur in the alterations of section number three, that section three be returned uuchanged: and further that this Board does not concur in the alteration of section one hundred and fourteen on account of its illegaliitr and incorpórate for said section one hundred and fourteen, that the contractor is requested to employ as shovelers and trenchinen only such persons as have been residents of this city for six months imtnediately preceding the date of such employment. Adopted as follows: Yeas- Messrs. Keech and Clark. On motion the Board adiourned. City Clerk.
