Suspension Of Murray Nelson

Chicago, Sept. 20.- Murray Nelson, presídeos of tbe National Elerator and Dock conipauy, has beeu suspended by the Chicago board of trade because oL "an act of bad íaitb aud dishonorable conduct." About Aug. 1 all the elevator men signed aa agreement with the board of trade promising to abide by the provisions of a forniulated rule, by which the elevator men were to graat certaia coacessions and receive certaiu concessions f rom the board. Nelson was not in town at the time, and on his return declarad theaction irregular, and refused to carry it out. The whola matler will go to the courts.
