Mayer--weimer

At the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Mayer, occurred the marriage of Miss Sophia Mayer and Wm. Weimer, Rev. John Neumann performing the ceremony. John E. Mayer officiated as best man, and Miss Lydia Weimer as bridesmaid. Mr. and Mrs. Weimer will reside on W. Liberty street. The wedding was a very pleasant affair, many friends being present. The bridal couple were made the recipients of very elegant offerings from friends, and congratulations were numerous and sincere.
