The Clerk reüorted that the Council had approved of the bids for building walks, which were reported to the Council by the Board at their last meeting. On motioti of Mr. Clark the Street Commissioner was ordered to take the necessary steps to build the walks, under the advice of the City Attorney. 0n motion the Engineer and the Street Commissioner were directed to make an estímate for bringing to grade the south side of the Cemetery Park; also for the grading of East University Ave., between Prospect and Packard streets.
