Memphis, Mo., Oct. 1.- W. E. McDaniel, the informer of Gorin, Mo., tram robbery fame, has been held to tho grand jury in 81,500 bail upon tho charge of conspiringto rob a train. He pleaded not guilty before Justioe C. F. Sanders and has so far failed to secure a bomlsman, nis own father even refu.sing to go on the boud.
