Martin Files A Remonstrance

LllfCOLN, Neb., Oct.4.-Ex-Stato Chairman Martin, of the Democratie party, has flled with the seoTetary of state a remonstrance against the ticket oe-rtifted and flled by tho "regular" Democratie state central committee. The remorwtrance asserts that the certifícate of tlie niajority falsely and fraudulently pretends that Silas A. Holcomb was noniinated for governor in a convention representing the Democratie party. Martin claims that the Bryan convention repudiated the Democratie platform and its acts - as acts of a Democratie convention- are therefore nuil and void.
