Fisher Speaks

The Argus is credibly informen that the republicans intend to have his excellency, Gov. John T. Rich, in the city tonight, and that he and Hon. A. J. Sawyer will speak to a few of the faithful. From all appearances our friends the enemy ntended to keep this matter quiet, but the Argus got onto their little scherae and hereby exposes it. The conference will be held at the rink, but the Argus is not informed by what right or benefit one can gain admission.
