Gruner and Lizzle Gruner to the Huron Valley Building and Savings Association, a Corporation organized and doin' business tinder the laws of the State of Michigan, at Ann Arl)or, Michigan, dated March :0th, A.D. 1S91, and recorded in the office of the Kegister of Deed, for the County of Washtenaw and State ot Michigan on the' flrst, day of April, A. D. lSfll, in II oer 78 of inortgages on page 5, on whirh mongage there isrlsimed to be due at the date of this notice tbesumof twelve huadred and twenty-flve dollars and au attorney's ice of twecty-flve dollars provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law having been ' tuted to recover the moneys aecured by aaid mortgage, or any part thereof : Now, tberefore, by virtue of the power of sale coutamed iu said mortgage, and the statu'einsich case made and provided notice is hereby given that on Saturday the eijrhth day of December, A.
