To t)ie Qommon Council : The Board oí Public Works woula reepectfully report tbat in pursuance of the resolutions of tlie Common Council of October lst, Vtii directing the Board of Public Woiks to enter into a contract for building lateral Btwers in Districts No. 1 and No. 2. The Board m Monday last closed a contract with Herman Hutzel for building sewer iu District N'. 2 and on this day have closed a contract with Stevenson, Keid & Co. for building sewer Ín District No. 1. Wealso accepted and approved their bondg in the sum oí $15,000, each bond. We herewith submit the contracts and bonds for your approval and confirmation. By order of the tloard of Public Works. W. J. Miller, Cierk. Aid. Manly moved that the contract and bonds entered into with Herman Hutzel for building lateral sewer in District lío. 2, be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed. Adopted asfollows: Yeas- Aid. Bodmer, Martin. Allmendinger, Snyder, Ferguson, Brown, Manly- 7. Nays- None. Aid. Manly moved that the contract and bonds entered into with Steven son, Eeid & Co. for building lateral sewer in District No. I, be and the same is hereby approved and con firmed.
