SPBINOFIELD, Hls., Oct. 11.- Hon. L. B. I Ray called the State League of Republican Clubs to order with a lively speech. There were 1,814 delegates present. Reporte of the officers showed a satisfactory state of affairs. Reaolutions of the standard Republiean tenor were enthusiastieally adopted and the followlng olftoers elected: President, C. W. Ray mond, Wat-, sekar, one vico president from each congressional district; secretary, John A.
