Cheyenne, Wyo., Oct. 18.- J. V. Pieroe, candidate for state auditor on the Populist ticket, has been notified by Gröorge L. Black, assistant superintendent oí the Union Pacific Coal company, that hu must either withdTiiw from the ticket or U-ave the employ of the company. The order, it is snid, oonies trom the receivers of the toad. The law of the state makes it an offense, puníshable by a fine of frora WoO 10 $ñOO, for any individual or Corporation 10 ir.terfere with their employés or in ar.y way prevent them from becoming candidates for office.
