ihe Adrián College football tearn came over to Ann Arbor, Tuesday :o see the city and play football Well, they saw the city, at least. I was a very wet day, for them, both n a physical and metaphorica sense. They came under the "chap eronage" of Dr. Thomas, the thor oughly alive president of Adrián College. Dr. Thomas is a football enthusiast, and believes in encouraging the sport. Said the doctor before thgame: "Ourboyshavenot et met a trained team and have much to learn. I do not expect much for them in contest with the U. of M., but the trial will show hem where they are and how to improve." The Adrián team is composed of good material, and its members are gentlemen. They put up a spirited contest, but were no match for their trained opponents, nd at the end of the game, which was finished in the rain, they had ot sored. Indeed they freely conessed that they did not expect to o so.
