The followiug resolution was oflered by Mr. Clark : Resolved, that the seiver contractors be allowed to continue until further notice the use of the Jackaou sewer tile, niade by the Jackson Sewer Pipe Co., that they now have on hand in tb. Is city. Carried. Yeas- Messrs. Clark, Scbuh and Bullis. By Mr. Clark : Resolved, that the engineer be directed to check up the grades of sewer pipe lald at least ouce every ]t)U feet, and shall niake a record of the condition in whicli he flnds said sewer and shall deliver to the Inspector on the work at the time a duplícate copy of the said record.
