Now theiefore, all such unknown or nonrcsidcut persunü, owners of the above described lands. and each of them, are hereoy cited to be and appear before this Court, ai the time and place last above set forth, to be heard with lespeet to such application, lf they so desire, and show cause, it any there be, why tbr said application for the appointment ot' three Special Commissioners as aforesaid should not be granted. And it, is further ordered, That the said Drain Commissioner give not ce of the pendency ol' said application, so far as it allects ai'! [anda and the persons interested therein, by oausiug a copy of this citation to be published in the Ann Arbor Argüe, a weekly newepaper publisued and oircujatlug in the bald Couuty oi' Waghtenaw.
