Saloonkeeper Shoots An Officer

Pkoria, Hls., Nov. 6.- Officer Joseph Seyller, of the Peoría pólice forcé, was shot ml instantly killed by Husel Hopmeyer, saloonkoepor of Bnrtonville. The officer was sent to Bartouville to arrest Husel Hopmeyer, Jr. for the theft of a. bicycle. An altcrcation took piace, and four shots were flred by the saloonkeeper and uil took effect. The murderer was secured ithout resistance and is uow lodced in he jil.
