Gdthrie, Nov. 8.- Returns from the major portion oí the territory make it posifcive thatFlynn (Rep.) delégate tocongress, will have fully 5,000 majority. The territorial legislatura will be very close, with the balance of power in both houscs in tho hands of the Populists. Canadian county, which ha3 herotofore been Democratie, gives Kepublican pluralities on every office up for eiection. All other counties also show Republioan gains.
