The bilí is drawn in the name of WllllMn L. Breyfogle aii;l othors, the original mvners of the quarries and works, against John R. Walsh, tho Equitable Trust company and others. The gist of tho suit appears to bo a struggle over $1,000,000 worth of property which the compla'mants allege may fall into the hands of Mr. Walsh for something ovet $f.O(J,OOa advanoed not as an outsido loan. but by lim as a partner in tho enterprise for thc dovelopment of the quarries, in return for wliich he was to havo a 50 per cent, interese in thc property.
