Gave $1,000 For A Bible

Boston, Nov. 22. - A copy of the Bible was gold in Boston for $1,000 at the auotion sale of the private library of George Livermere, of Cambridge. The Bible was the eelebrated "solidier's pocket Bible." The only otKer copy of this unlque publication is in the Brltlsh museum. It was pubHshed in lOtí for the use of the soldiers who fought under Croniwell. Tho are but slxCee'n pages in the little pamphlet.
